Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn the merchant, the son of Haji ‘Abd al-Razzaq the merchant from Shiraz, sells an orchard located near Shiraz to Haji Muhammad Ibrahim the peddler, the son of Mashhadi Hasan from Shiraz, for two thousand and five hundred tumans. He has also settled some wheat and sugar cubes to him.

On May 16, 1870, Bibi [?] Khanum, the daughter of Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz and the wife of Sayyid Husayn the merchant from Shiraz, sold the houses located in the Sar-i Bagh neighborhood for three hundred and sixteen tumans to Mirza Abu al-Qasim, the son of Mirza Nur al-Din the merchant known as Hindi [from India]. On October 28, 1914 ‘Abd al-Razzaq from Shiraz transfers three sixths of a garden known as Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn Qarib in Shiraz to Haji Muhammad Ibrahim, the son of Mashhadi Hasan from Shiraz. According to a different agreement, on February 22, 1917, one third of the mentioned property [one sixth of the garden] was settled to Haji Asad Allah and Khanum Mah, the wife of Karbalayi Haji (Haji Haydar ‘Ali's son).
